Add ActiveCampaign Tag to Contact

What the model is told

Apply a tag to an ActiveCampaign contact, matched on email address. Use only a tag name you have been told to use, and confirm with the customer before tagging them. The tag is created if it does not exist, and existing tags are kept. If no contact has the email, a new contact is created.
