Find ActiveCampaign Contact by Email

What the model is told

Look up a contact in ActiveCampaign by the exact email address the customer gives you. Returns the matching contact with its ID, name and phone number. The ID is needed by other ActiveCampaign tools. If the contacts list is empty, no contact has that email.
