Find Freshworks CRM Contact by Email

What the model is told

Look up a contact in Freshworks CRM by the email address the customer gives you. Returns matching contacts with their ID, name, email and phone numbers. The ID is needed by other Freshworks CRM tools. If nothing is returned, no contact has that email.
