Add HighLevel Tag to Contact

What the model is told

Add a tag to an existing HighLevel contact. Use only a tag name you have been told to use, and confirm with the customer before tagging them. Find the contact's ID first with Find HighLevel Contact by Email. Existing tags are kept. Returns the contact's tags.
