What the model is told

Pass the customer's message and a reference to a Make scenario. Use it when the customer asks for something that needs follow-up by the scenario's owner. Confirm the message with the customer first. Use 'none' if there is no reference. Only tell the customer the message has been passed on unless the response says more.
