What the model is told

Pass the customer's message and a reference to a n8n workflow. Use it when the customer asks for something that needs follow-up by the workflow's owner. Confirm the message with the customer first. Use 'none' if there is no reference. Only tell the customer the message has been passed on unless the response says more.
