Send Postmark Email

What the model is told

Send an email to a customer. Ask for their email address if you do not have it and spell it back to confirm. Provide a clear subject and plain text body. Returns a MessageID and ErrorCode 0 on success. Tell the customer the email has been sent, not that it has arrived. Only send to the number or address the customer gave you in this conversation, and read it back to confirm it, together with the message wording, before calling this tool.
