Post Slack Message

What the model is told

Post a message to the team's Slack channel. Use it to hand over a summary or flag something the team should know about. Slack returns HTTP 200 even on failure, so check the ok field: ok true means posted; ok false carries an error such as channel_not_found or not_in_channel.
