Send WhatsApp Text Message

What the model is told

Send a WhatsApp text message to a customer. This only works within 24 hours of the customer's last message to your business. Outside that window the send fails and you must use the template message tool instead. Returns a message id, which means the message was accepted, not delivered. Only send to the number or address the customer gave you in this conversation, and read it back to confirm it, together with the message wording, before calling this tool.
