Add WooCommerce Order Note

What the model is told

Add an internal note to a WooCommerce order, for example to record a delivery instruction or a request the customer made. The note is private and is not shown to or emailed to the customer. Confirm the wording with the customer if it records something they said. It returns the saved note. Tell the customer the team has noted it.
