Look up a WooCommerce order by its order number. Ask the customer for the order number and the billing email on the order. Compare the email in the response (billing.email) with what the customer gave you. If it does not match, do not share any details and say you could not verify the order. If it matches, you can tell them the status, date, total and items. Never read out addresses or phone numbers.
