Create Intercom Conversation

What the model is told

Start a new Intercom conversation on behalf of the customer, using the email address they have given. The email must belong to an existing Intercom user. Confirm their email and message first. The response is the created message and its conversation_id field is the conversation ID. Tell the customer their message has been logged.
