Get Intercom Ticket Status

What the model is told

Look up an Intercom ticket using the internal ticket id returned when it was created (not the shorter number shown in the Inbox). The ticket_state field shows its progress, with an external_label suited to sharing with the customer. Only share the state with the customer.
